Australian heartthrob Harry Jowsey stole a lot of hearts on his Netflix hit show, Let’s Marry Harry. Harry found a deep connection with both Danelle Davidson and Amber Mozo, but one thing kept pulling him back. He looked for signs from his late father, ones that he said he’d share before he died. Though Harry didn’t have a religious upbringing, he believes there is more to our existence after time on Earth is over.

“The biggest thing was, before he died, I said, ‘If I see a bee, I’ll think of you,’ because we used to beekeep growing up,” he told Amber during the show’s taping. “At the start of this process, I remember I was walking, I was going to a challenge or something, and I was like, ‘Dad, I need a sign. Make me believe this is the right decision.’ And I walked into the toilet, and there was a bee sticker on the urinal. I was like, ‘There’s my sign.’”

The Bee Meant Everything to Harry Jowsey

Harry Jowsey told Amber that seeing that bee helped him make a very important decision. His mind was telling him that Amber was the right person for him, but seeing the bee meant his dad agreed. He shared during an episode that he’d never seen a bee with anyone else, yet with Amber, they seemed omnipresent.

“For me, seeing a bee is a really big sign of my dad and being on the right path, I guess. But also, maybe that’s his pick for the wife,” Harry Jowsey shared in a confessional before making his final decision.

Sometimes all we need is that nudge from heaven to let us know we’re on the right path.
